Tender on an existing plan
TENDER ON AN EXISTING PLAN
• If you have already designed your new home and are simply looking for a builder, we can provide you with pricing on your plan.
• Remember that the more information that you give us, the more detail we can put into our pricing.
Information required:
• Architectural plan
• Engineering plan
• As constructed sewer plan
• Soil test results
• List of inclusions
- i.e.: fixtures and fittings, such as benchtop type (laminate or stone),
- Cupboard door type (laminate, 2pack, timber etc)
- Floor types for all areas, etc.
TAGBUILD WILL ISSUE A QUOTATION WITH SPECIFICATIONS
ON ACCEPTANCE OF OUR QUOTATION, THE TAGBUILD PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS:
TAGBUILD PROCESS
• The contract is drafted.
• Contract is signed and deposit paid.
• TAGBUILD will submit the application for building permit and commence programming for construction.
• Once the application is approved by council we can provide our client with a start date as detailed on the contract.
• At this point the client can choose to have as much or as little interaction with the construction process. We have a number of walkthroughs onsite during construction, explaining what has been done and why, and look at any possible changes should the client require them before the process progresses too far and becomes costly to change.
• At the end of construction the home is professionally cleaned and made ready for your removalist to move in your furniture.
